Darion Daniel divided the Blackwood Code into nine books each with its own color and purpose.
For each book, there is a preamble for why the book was written by Darion and the goals for the book. Next comes each article that will explain each part of the book that relates to each part of its theme, when the hierarchy will interpret each book, and when each book of the code will go into effect. Finally, there will be a color to keep it separate from the other eight books.
The Black Book is the first book of the code. It is the general book to the code and is the most important book to the code and the ministry. This book describes the three parts of the ministry in full detail: the Grand Historian of World Events, the Blackwood Elders, and the Blackwood Council. It also explains other things such as involvement in government affairs. In addition, it tells how the code is to be protected by the ministry. It also tells about why the code is inflexible, and when it goes into effect.
The Red Book is the second book of the code. It is the book for special events and situations of the ministry. This book describes about use for special sessions, legal holidays, use of celebration, process for expulsions and dismissals, and the use of exemptions. The ministry will use it often as the Black Book. In addition, it has all the information needed to handle special situations.
The Blue Book is the third book of the code. It is the book for handling of both genders in the ministry. This book describes the gender use for the officials of the ministry, the use of the Ladies in Black, the choosing of dates, and actions on genders that threaten the ministry.
The Orange Book is the fourth book of the code. It is the book for how security is used by the members in the ministry. It describes the Blackwood Security team, the use of yellow and red alerts, the ways of handling states of emergency, and ways of handling threats and terrorism against the ministry. The Green Book is the fifth book of the code. It is the book for the use of competitions and game shows in the ministry. This book describes how presenters, the audience, rules, and the judging for the competitions and game shows are to work.
The White Book is the sixth book in the code. It is the book for controlling media and to prevent it from threatening the ministry. The book is based on all media.
The Purple Book is the seventh book of the code. It is the book for how dress and manners will be enforced by the ministry. This book describes the dress standards for all members of the ministry, its intolerance for stupidity, and the titles for the Grand Historian of World Events and the Blackwood Elders.
The Brown Book is the eighth book of the code. It is the book for how religions are to be handled by the ministry. This book describes why use of religion is limited, and why no official of any religion shall hold the highest positions in the ministry. It also describes the punishments for using religion in the ministry.
The Gold Book is the final book of the code. It is the book for how the Grand Historian will be chosen by the ministry. This book describes the political parties for elections, the Blackwood College for electing the Grand Historian, the powers of the Blackwood Elders to choose the Grand Historian and the Succession List to the Grand Historian.
In interpreting, it is best to use the color of the book and use the article and section of that book. For example, the first article of the Blackwood Code is the Black Book, Article I, Section 1. This code is to be interpreted and used by only the Grand Historian, the Blackwood Elders, and the Leader of the Blackwood Council.
